I have to start a return through eBay to get money back. The item came from Amazon warehouse so I have to return it back to Amazon. They never sent a print out label for a return or schedule home pick up. I have to carry a big box to UPS to get a return label. Never buy from this seller again. Too much problem with seller ignored you after took your money
