      Item is new as described, packaged well and sent very quickly. Would, however, recommend that seller not include a “Make Offer” option if seller is not going to consider the same. I made several bids, with the last offer being less than one dollar off of the “Buy It Now” price. I received no response from the seller for this last bid. Felt like I could have saved a lot of time and effort if I knew that a reasonable “Make Offer” bid was not going to be considered. Otherwise, very pleased.
