I did notice that it's slightly different from the OEM mirror (a tad smaller & shape is minimally different) but it works & definitely looks a whole lot better than the one I had with Gorilla tape holding it together & at a fraction of the price of one from the dealer. After all, it is just a truck and it's the form, fit & function that matters. Appears to be new.
