    I asked the shipper, twice, to change the dropoff location, he informed me that this was not possible, Fed Ex was the shipper. I spoke to several Fed Ex service reps, who informed me "ONLY THE SHIPPER" could authorized the change. I finally spoke to a Fed Ex Supervisior, who contacted the warehouse in my area, ( a few miles from my home) to allow me,to pick up this item. Thank you to the Fed Ex Supervisior for taking initiative to solve my issue.
