Item in good condition as described with actually one fewer lamp hour than advertised (a good thing) and mounted easily. My only very small issue is that it didn’t come with a remote. The remote for our other Optoma units works on this one once it’s on (to change settings and power it off) but will not turn it on for some reason. We have a workaround in place for this issue, it’s just a bit irritating to have to use a pole to turn it on.
