    Rug was shipped folded, so it has deep creases that will be a pain to get out of such a large rug. Overall, I think the rug is good quality and significantly cheaper than retail. The flowers are extremely soft but the neutral color between them is much more rough as well as shorter, giving the rug a texture. Note that they really leverage the "10% variability in size" to their advantage. On a 9 ft rug that's about 10 inches smaller which really makes an impact
