Scam! Item never arrived and they tried to convince me to send them more money to resend the package that never came.

When placing an order, the first and last name was entered incorrectly. After that, rudely resend the goods without paying for shipping. I offered to return the money minus shipping, but he demanded a full refund. I have proof of dispatch of the order. It is not my fault that the buyer indicated the wrong name and surname of the recipient.
