The buyer sent a message asking for a return because they wanted a different size. I make it very clear in my listings there are NO REFUNDS so please select the correct sizing. I even provide a size guide on my listings to avoid this. So the buyer resorted to leaving a bad review, even though they purchased it knowing there were no returns.
