(Written Date: June 19th) Buyer purchased game with listing showing three pictures of game working. Buyer requested additional pictures of game and was sent five additional pictures of game working. May 2nd buyer sends a message that says game is not working and stuck on black screen. That same day I apologized for the game not working for them and said I would give them a refund if they wanted to return the product and I would pay for the shipping. Buyer never responded or messaged back.
