I ordered the ring the last week of august and details said it would ship within 3 business days.
when i check the tracking, it says a tracking ticket was created but it has not been picked up yet. it is still with the owner. says usps awaiting item.
i messaged the owner and tried to cancel 3 times, she said please wait its being sent out tomorrow. well that did not happen and the owner stil has it. owner keeps saying she doesnt have the item
please cancel my order now and give me a refund.
