Faulty ink cartridge as it has hardly any ink in it. I messaged the seller several times about a replacement or a refund but they're not responding.

Why keep on messaging?. The return process is very easy. Locate the purchased item and from drop down menu select, "Return this item". Cannot be not knowing this with so many purchases and being a long time on ebay!
