I can’t understand what was written. But this buyer informed me that the package hasn’t arrived. I checked the tracking number and I couldn’t track the package. I issued a full refund the same day. Once I shipped the item it is out of my hands what happened to the item. As a seller i was responsible enough to issue a refund.
