This is all wool sharkskin from around 1960 or so, right in the late 50's/early 60's era style transition. The color on this one is kind of tough to describe, I wouldn't call it a dark forest green because it's darker than that, to me it looks more like a charcoal color, not quite black, but with juuuuuust the slightest olive hue to it, but still leaning into that almost black category. It is made of all wool sharkskin, very shiny "liquid" look. Features a three button front with flap front waist pockets, narrow lapels, two buttons on the sleeves, a partially lined interior with nice labels, and lastly a single vent in the rear, but with lapped seams leading down to a hooked style single center vent.”
