The item arrived exactly as described and looked almost brand new. I greatly appreciate the vendor including the battery report, so I knew up front that it needed to be replaced. Without it I would've been left guessing since the OS reports it as 100%. The repair was very simple since Dell tablets use regular screws instead of glue like Apple and Microsoft. Shipping wasn't the fastest, but there was poor weather so I don't blame the vendor.
