Crazy how a full refund and the cost to ship them back came out of my bank account???? You were given a full refund so thank you for the false information and will be reporting you to ebay because my auction stated no refunds, and yet again as previously stated you received one in full. And as explained to you the item is made to be loose in the frame and is not molded tightly to prevent mirrors from breaking from vibration. You can read that right on the website for the parts new.
