Incorrect printer head sent. Refused to provide return shipping label / refund despite pictures demonstrating error codes, printer model number, etc. Requested I provide private info to 3rd party website and to upload video to site. Delayed responses. Case escalated to eBay for refund. Afterwards, seller requested I close the case prior to refund being issued (something eBay warned against). They then demanded I purchase the label and they would reimburse. Horrible experience! BUYER BEWARE!
