Buyer asked for a return on a Gucci Bag. I accepted the return and buyer got a full refund.Buyer claimed the Gucci Bag was not authentic. I totally disagree with the buyer. Bag had tag and serial #. I refurbished the outside of bag with new GG canvas. Buyer submitted in last seconds and won the auction, outbidding other buyers. Buyer obviously did not read description. I don’t think it is appropriate for buyer to submit a negative review when there is no concrete evidence of authentication
