    Received empty package but they refused to refund my money and I even sent them pictures I will never buy from Rocky Mountain market again

    The package was not empty when it shipped. I asked for specific photos for a claim process with USPS. The only photo you provided was a close up photo of the shipping label, which clearly shows the crease on the top and bottom, from when it was placed on the bubble mailer while the CD was inside. I have shipped hundreds and hundreds of CD's the exact same way and never had an "empty" package show up.
