Although the description is "used" with no mention of it being test/untested, I would assume it works. I cannot try at the moment as I have no power supply to test it. It was packed very well with plastic over sealed box. Love the ebay tape...it was alot :-) Shipping was quite slow...Paid May 3rd, label created May 6th, USPS received package May 13th, Delivered May 17th. Do not know the cause of the delay as seller never responded to my inquiry. Poor Communication. Still Positive FB.
