Customer service is very responsive. I am having some issues with the direction of flow compared to the stamped ON /Off /Reserve. It doesn’t seem to correlate. As far as a valve; It seems to work. I can’t say I’m happy with the purchase of two, but I can say they offered a refund or 30% rebate; which I declined. Sometimes you just get what you pay for. Don’t hold it against the seller. I was told they were unaware of the issue and strive to investigate and resolve.
