While this is not typical, we provided the buyer with multiple solutions, including light heat, convection oven, or optional rubber feet, to restore stability. A video demonstrating these solutions was also sent directly to the buyer. Moving forward, all of our stands now come with 4 square rubber feet on each stand to ensure they sit perfectly flat and stable.
