    I tried to return this item because I didn't need it. The seller requires me to ship it to China. To do so, FedEx requires a form simillar to an exporter's license, plus a fee far in excess of the value of this item. The bottom line: This seller is not being honest about accepting returns. I contacted the seller to ask if I can instead ship the item back to the California address that appears on the shipping label to me. I'm waiting for the seller's response.
