Product arrived damaged but seller reimbursed me for the damage due to the rarity of the item. Communication was speedy and the remedy was quick as well. I'd mention any shipping preferences if you're concerned about specific items IMHO. To give better context, the book I ordered has metal covers and it was shipped in plastic with bubble wrap. I'd preferred they used a cardboard box with additional packing. I'm still happy with my purchase all the same.
