The buyer is correct. They have not received the package. Package was mailed out the day after it was purchased, and the tracking shows that the package is in route. The carrier has made a notation that the package is running behind. I’m assuming the delay is because of Memorial Day, but it was mail immediately . There are things as a seller we cannot control. And the buyer never reached out to me. I would have shown them that shipping carrier has marked it behind.
