I realized that I had bought from them before and encountered this same problem. I tried reaching out to them, which went ignored just like last time. These were supposed to be "used, in excellent condition," which, they do not work in any way. So an expensive lesson I've learned is to pay attention to the feedback percentage, and always read the feedback. TERRIBLE SELLER!!!!
