My order was sent to a wrong address. When I called about the problem, parts geek refused to help me claiming they didn't have access to my account despite their automated system stating all of my order details prior to a person picking up. I also called FedEx to see if they could help me and maybe retrieve the package and deliver it to me; however, I was told my tracking number didn't match despite delivery info showing up on my eBay. Finally, spoke to eBay and got refund started after 6 days.
