Item arrived in a timely manner, but I HATE this curling iron. It keeps shutting off while trying to style my hair, much sooner than on hour. Does this about every 5 minutes. Too much trouble to return and didn't save packaging. Luckily it was inexpensive. I ordered a curling iron by this company years ago...10 years or more so ordered this brand again.Just ordered same curling iron, but in smaller size. Will have to use it to see. Keeping my fingers crossed.
