item is new. the problem is it will not pair with my phone. i have seen companies selling this same item for a lot more, more than twice even with the added shipping and tax applied. the seller agreed to refund everything, a good gesture for an excellent customer service. i am a frequent customer between ebay and its competitor and encounter this a few times. sellers do not do quality control and manufacturers should do their own qc.
