I ordered x 2 of these items for children at school,which arrived broken .I contacted seller ,who initially offered to replace x 1 damaged one only ! I explained that I'd have a full refund in that case .They agreed to send replacements, I'm yet to receive them.Really poor service. I'd sent picture of damaged goods too .Its not the cost involved here ,its the total lack of customer service .AVOID !
