They barely reply. They take weeks to send the package out. They take there sweet time with no care given. Might as well wait 6 months to get my package. ABSOLUTELY GARBAGE SELLER WHO DOESN’T KNOW HOW TO DO BUSINESS. He says he has hundreds of orders so that’s why they are slow. That is no excuse. No package should take 3 weeks to send out. Why? 1) Prior to purchase I contacted them and received a speedy reply, but after ordering they were very difficult to get a response from. 2) They listed the item as a Monsoon stereo, which is what we need for our customers 19000 original mile '89 Turbo Trans Am, but they sent a standard stereo. 3) The stereo was supposed to be completely refurbished but was definitely not, it had the BT added but otherwise was untouched. Disappointing and returned.97-02 Pontiac Firebird AMFM-Cassette Equalizer-Monsoon Bluetooth Oem Stereo (#402115385933)
