I messaged them about this error and asked them to send me the correct size, which they responded with, “We are sorry for the inconvenience caused.” and “No!” to sending me the 36-38 belt. Since the sale included the condition “Returns not accepted,” I can’t return the belt for a refund. Regardless, they should refund me the entire amount of sale. Not my fault! It’s the right thing to do..
