There had to be a switch at some point but this was not shown in the listing. Only the outer box was shown but it was listed as being fine. The trays are pretty much unusable in their condition. Seller agreed on a partial refund of $6 but it's been more than 10 days with no refund or follow up. I'm done dealing with the delayed responses especially after the agreed upon refund.
