    In the worst conditions ever doesn't even match photos what so ever, it is covered in gross sticky stuff and stained all over would never buy again he lied and is not at all what it shown on photo

    Appearance: Shipping was awful - the rack came strapped to wood, wrapped in Saran Wrap, and held with brittle zip ties. Quality and condition: The part looked fine, but I ordered AWD instead of RWD. When I tried to return it and get the correct one, customer service was defensive and unhelpful, saying I’d pay shipping and only get a refund if it passed their inspection. I canceled the return. Value: $280 lost, but not worth the stress. Buyer beware of their shady business practices.
