Buyer chose the cheapest shipping option, Media Mail. Buyer was shown the expected arrival date of May 4 at time of purchase. I shipped item within 24 hours. Buyer messaged me 10 days prior to shipping arrival date, asking where it was. I apologized for USPS being slow, but once it's in the hands of USPS it is out of my control. Buyer left neutral review 1 day (Sunday) after May 4.
