Had an issue with this item, seller was communicative but required me to pay return shipping. It was easier for me to just absorb the cost and save the item until I need it later. It's not the sellers fault there are about 15 different versions of this exact same fan... hopefully they can figure out a way to let customers know this.
Regardless the seller isn't at fault and I will likely order from them again.
