The ad doesn't state that the Item comes with rough, uneven edges. In a chat, it was mention that was mentioned that is comes longer for cutting, but the one I received came to 12''. BESIDES THAT, THE GUY IS NOT PLEASANT. TOTAL ATTITUDE. The issutration showed several tubes, clear and white. Clearly it was not a representation of the product. the material was supplied to industry standards.i guess she wanted a ready made lamp shade, nit just a cut tube. a very unreasonable and spiteful person. i have been selling on ebay for 25 years and never has anyone spewn such utter venom. she could have asked before buying it, now
