Pump give's 1lb pressure at the very end of each stroke of the plunger. Totally unacceptable for the application.
Upon return Seller will test & "If it's Functioning" deduct a ?Small Restocking Fee? b4 refunding (Surly without $4 S/H cost)
Well it's "Functioning" & just as I stated "Unacceptably for the application"
So, they get the item back to sell, keep 1/2 the money! WOW.. what a steal of a deal literally, for them!
They can't go wrong with that business model...

Customer claims the pump is not functioning but will not get a second opinion locally. We provided the customer a free return label to send the pump back so we can test the pump. As explained to the customer, if its not functioning as claimed, we will fully refund the customer and we will handle the warranty on our end. If the pump is working as intended, we will need to deduct a small restocking fee for returning a used and functioning product as per our return policy.
