    Not so sure the 'experienced Engineer at our London warehouse' really understands much about electronics as laptop supplied with a generic wrong output voltage charger at 19V. Toughbooks use a 15.6V charger. It may have worked for a while using this but would have eventually damaged it. Seller unable to help so had to purchase the correct one elsewhere before use. Otherwise laptop was fine, as described and performing well.

    The laptop was described as "professionally refurbished" and "may contain cosmetic marks", however, the laptop had two major defects: 1) The screen was very scratched to a point where pixels in some areas show signs of damage 2) The charging cover could not close. Based on previous reviews for this seller, this seems to be the case for other buyers who has returned their items and gotten a replacement. I chose to buy from another seller.
