We had a hiccup in communication and shipoing because appearently USPS wasn t doing a good job updating their tracking. The buyer did explain they were sick hence the slight delay, but USPS been had the package and updated nobody. I bumped it up from negative to positive because I felt i judged them unfairly, although communication can use some work, life events like illness do happen. All in all, I give a 3/5, maybe a 4/5 to adjust for external factors.
