      Item was not as described. Ordered the NETGEAR Extender .. item stated “open box”. I’ve ordered “open box” items but none ever arrived like this. Extender came unwrapped in a manilla envelope not sealed and was placed inside an Amazon box with deflated bubble sleeves which the item was freely moving around. Item did not look New/Unused. Cord was wrapped with a rubber band. Contacted seller in which I was told not to lie to him. My mistake was ordering from someone that does not take returns.

      Item was 100% New (Never Used, Never Plugged in) It was listed as open box / no box. Buyer contacted me upset about the item not being in the original box. Then the Buyer started adding other issues. They stated the cord was wrapped in a rubber band. Yes, a thick black rubber band - exactly how it came in the box. This item was in absolute Mint condition (NEW). It was packed in a Padded envelope surrounded bubble wrap & the charger was wrapped separately. So yes, the buyer was lying.
