I think it was a combination of misunderstanding from language barrier and national events happening in their country. I cannot honestly claim it was accurate since it s a copy of the open builds mill but i can say, having gotten a sense of the saller that it was not deliberate deception. And it does seem to work as intended so far at least. So i changed my raring to neutral. I think that s fair and honest.
