I am a United States male who wears a size Large or Extra Large in trousers and ordered the "3XL" in trousers. What I received was tagged 3XL but would not fit a medium sized boy in the U.S.. I'm afraid the "5XL" is probably munchkin wear as well, so no point in returning, even if they had a return policy! Caveat Emptor people!
