Because it's slimmer than my old 700ml old flask, it doesn't keep it as warm for as long though. Filled my old flask with boiling water and next morning, over 24 hours, it would still be too hot to drink. But unfortunately the stopper to it had broken. I guess it's a trade off between weight and insulation. But for short periods, this is OK.

I contacted the seller and sent him the photo.He admitted that it was his mistake but instead of refunding me or sending the kettle that I ordered he wants me to keep what he sent.I refused as I paid for the kettle that I saw in the picture and paid for that, he stopped communicating with me.
