There is nothing the seller can do to make this transaction right. The product is the problem. There is no helping this product. It is made of materials that better quality supports use little of. It has a leg strap that has a loop, rather than Velcro to adjust--the loop causes the stretchy (very thin) waist band to double over--creating a lack of support and discomfort. The waist band is entirely elastic which lessens over support stability too.
