The item arrived in good packaging, there were some noticeable scratches on the chromebook and the rubber around showed signs of use and there was also a patch with what appeared to be nail Polish on the item (right side of the touch pad) and 1 of the buttons is broken and fell out of the keyboard but I guess it is kind of worth it for the price I paid but otherwise it is good.
