Item did not arrive on time. When I checked tracking it said item had not yet been shipped. I contacted seller to ask for an update expecting an answer like- they've been super busy or maybe the item or shipping label was mislaid. Seller then processed a refund (which I did not ask for) with apologies but no explanation as to why. I would rather have the item I paid and waited for.
