So they sent the new product, but a few days later, they sent me the same product a second time, but it looked used and had a sticky foam on the reciever. I notified them, and they didnt realize they sent the second one and said I could keep it. They asked if the first one was operating correctly. It was, but after 3 weeks that first product failed, so I'm now using the second previously used one, SO hopefully it wont fail...if it does, will they honor a replacement???
