He then told me the shipping would cost more, I agreed to pay - asked how to go about doing so and he mentioned tariffs and items being 200% more due to my country’s president then he refunded the item. The item I purchased at a great deal, and then similar items went up in price and I am unsure whether that was the true issue or he just didn’t want to sell it after all. I am severely disappointed.
