This is Not a 15 years old Xinhui old pericarp (Xinhui Chenpi 新會老陳皮). It is a new one but got colored so it looks like older. Totally different from the pictures they posted in Ebay. I asked about the age of the product to the seller and they confirmed it was 15 years old. Do not recommend this seller.
