Very frustrating transaction/ seller. I bought a car CD player and the CD player does not work. Since my car is a VW and requires a code, I had to have the dealer install it. This cost me $190. I sent this seller the VW invoice stating the CD player does not work and asked them to rectify the situation. The seller ignored my request and to date has not even refunded me the price of the broken CD player they sold me. Caveat emptor.
